Berlin International College

Berlin International College (BIC) is a pathway college in Germany offering preparation programs for university study in Germany. BIC specializes in preparing and qualifying international students for study at a German university in engineering, IT, or a related technical field. However, there are courses and modules relevant for Germans as well. Included in a BIC Preparation Program is conditional placement at a partner university -the condition is successful graduation from BIC. BIC works with some of the best universities in Germany to offer:

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BEng)
  • Master of Arts (MA)
  • Master of Science (MSc)
  • Master of Engineering (MEng)

A BIC Preparation Program is an ideal first step on the path to academic success. You will be introduced to German academic culture and fundamental learning skills geared to the German university. There is a special focus in the BIC Preparation Program on mathematics because this subject is most critical to engineering and the natural and physical sciences.

Together with your admission to BIC, you will receive a conditional acceptance letter to a degree program of your choice. There is no additional entrance examination upon your arrival in Germany -your place in the BIC Preparation Program, FSP prep-course (if required), and placement at a partner university are guaranteed upon your acceptance to BIC.

How to get started:
